That looks like fun. What sort of bike are you riding?

I'm looking for a dual suspension bike myself right now.

I used to be a semi pro cyclist and I had a love hate thing going on with interval training. I think my heart rate still goes up a few BPM just thinking about them and I haven't trained like that or raced in years.
