I've been enjoying the beautiful colours of our sunrises and sunsets lately. Here's a couple of my latest snaps while on the go.
So far this year, I've been able to crank out a lot of KMs - over 2,700. Last year, I snuck in a total of just over 4,000 KMs so I'm well on track to smoke that record and am on pace to double. My initial goal was to do 6,000 KMs but I think to goal needs to be raised based on the pace I've been setting.
How is everyones fitness goals going this year? I'd love to hear from some of you - doesn't matter if its cycling, running, gym, diet.. whatever - a fitness goal is a fitness goal.
