A Chinese air force has landed on an island in the controversial area of the South China Sea. According to a statement from the Chinese Air Force, the bombs have landed as part of the civil war.
However, it is not known exactly where on the island and when the plane landing occurred.
According to the statement released on Friday, the H-6 models of bombs were taken there for flying and landing exercises in the South China Sea and coral reefs to increase the ability to attack at any point of time.
Meanwhile, America has protested that move. Martin Spencer Lieutenant Colonel Christopher Logan said that such steps would increase regional tensions and unrest. The US spokesman has also accused the controversial area of continued militaryization.
America has deployed naval fleet before the South China Sea. China has long been in conflict with Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan, Brunei and Malaysia with the controversial South China Sea borders.
