Hi guys,

Welcome back to ANOTHER segment of Saturday Workouts. This is getting exciting even though no one pays attention to it. Lol.

Moving on...

So what are "Saturday Workouts" all about?

Saturday Workouts are here at your service for helping you guys workout but in a proper manner. Even if it takes time atleast you get the results i.e. maximum possible gains and minimum possible injuries because my focus here is Quality over Quantity.

Instructions for the workout:-

For the first exercise.

For beginners:- 10X1 for all the 5 variations for 3 days a week on an alternative basis.

For Intermediate people:- 20X1 for all the 5 variations for 3 days a week on an alternative basis.

For Veterans:- As much as possible.

As always you need the right combination of Nutrition-Working out-Rest-Intermittent Fasting. Otherwise, you can go up and down the stairs as many times as you like but you ain't going to see any gains.

So no cheating with your Nutrition and Intermittent Fasting. Women need to either avoid Intermittent Fasting or practice it in moderation in my opinion. However, if you do understand the mechanism of your body and know how to slot in Intermittent Fasting into your Workout regimen then by all means go ahead. Otherwise, you need to either educate yourself about what you DON'T KNOW or stay away from it.
