Do not Lose HEART!

I love our scripture for today! It is something that will help us grow our faith on a daily basis.

You know, almost everyday is I QUIT Day! You see it's difficult to live the life that we chose. Everyday is a struggle to become a better person, to fulfill our dreams, etc. Today, I wanted to share with you, that my passion for selling since I was seven years old led me to pursue entrepreneurship. I have always dreamed big, and so I left working for a company to put up my own. It has been in place for less than five years now, but I felt I haven't come so far yet as i would like to. It is frustrating! When you have put all your time and energy and all your resources hoping that one day, you hit big time. But after all those years Big Time hasn't arrived.

What am I driving at? It's been four years already but I keep on going on. Each day, I would have wanted to quit and move back to being an employee. Yet each day there's a spark of hope that tells me to keep on keeping on. Haven't you experienced that? There's a ray of hope that suddenly burst in your heart and mind, that you may want to believe, that it's going to happen some time.

“That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day. For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!” (2 Corinthians 4:16-17 NLT).

All of us face different troubles, and trials everyday. And each day is a test of our strength and our persistence. We don't know when these tests will stop or if we passed them. But one thing is for sure our faith gets a strand stronger each day. And that what helps us to keep on going on.
