Regret No More

Hi Guys! I personally picked my Daily devotional for today as most of the time I have been guilty of these things.

In life, we make mistakes, plenty of them actually. Sometimes, these mistakes are committed over and over again. And when we feel guilty about these things we did, we felt that we are unworthy of good things and blessings. Thinking about yesterday's failures has steal our joy and peace. We are stuck in yesterday's concern, that we fail to realize that it is over and done with, and we cannot do anything anymore, but to move forward. The Scriptures encourages us

17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.
Romans 5 :17

that all can receive God's grace and Gift of Righteousness. Don't spend another time in your life with feelings of regret. God's grace and mercy is new every morning. We are all righteous and can experience joy and God's blessings and abundance- not because of what we have done, but because of what God has done.

So let us forget our past, learn from the experience it taught us. Every past and mistakes teaches a lesson. I believe there is no moment in our life that is insignificant. Even the times that we hibernate, or our waiting period, as it teaches us the value of patience. What is important, is that in every mistakes and failures that we commit, we take responsibility and move forward. There is nothing that God wants us to do, but to soar high, and we cannot do that if we are trap in every bad breaks that we make.

And when we do forget about these mistakes, we must also ask for forgiveness, not only to God, but to ourselves. It is imperative that we learn to forgive ourselves for the things we did and we failed to do. Accept that we are human and that our God is merciful.
