Hello and welcome back to another awesome day to workout.
Today we are going to hit the gym to target our posterior chain with strength bulding movements.
The daily workout
As you know from the headline it’s a B-Day which means that we will hit the gym to build strength.
Today’s workout consists of a short 5-10 minute warm-up on the treadmill or any other device of your choosing.
Then we’ll jump into
- 3 * 5 squats
- 3 * 5 overhead presses
- 3 * 5 deadlifts
- 3 * 5 pull-ups with weight
Lastly, we’ll do 3 sets of as many hanging leg raises as possible.
Afterwards, I suggest doing some back and shoulder stretches before you head home.
Summary
Today we have significantly strengthened our posterior chain and even managed to build some push strength with some compound moves. Additionally, we were able to build strength in our legs which is important for body symmetry and overall strength development.
