𝕥𝕖𝕒𝕞𝕙𝕦𝕞𝕓𝕝𝕖 // 23rd January 2k18 // low impact sleeps, great gift off feedback and upgrades

Ugh woke up like a bear with a sore head this morning, I’ve yet to look at the Fitbit sleeping data but I know it’s not gonna be very good (looked like six hours something so not as bad as I thought) jumped up and out, sorted out the cassette toilet and did the few pots that were remaining this morning.

I remember pouring back the wine into a container and putting it in the fridge just after hearing @dayleeo confirmed she was crashing about 3/4 through the episode of the film we were watching, I was in the same ballpark to be honest thou and crashed out soon after although looking at my Fitbit it looks like 1am till like 8:30 with not a lot of rem sleep.

Coffee was a complete disaster this morning, we ran out of instant (it’s actually not a bad one) so we are back to the aeropress, just that our ground coffee is really bloody bad that we have left, it get’s you there but the taste is pretty bad, it’s not smooth at all, miss the other stuff we used to have but it was that good we blasted thought that.

Today is bus ride day again, just popping to pick some kit and bits for the house, maybe nip into M&S for a few things for the van that we need and some nice pastries that they do, can’t believe the quality of products daily in there, they are always cranking out some good stuff.

It’s a porridge kind of morning today, we are out of eggs which is actually a really nice change from the usual — tea and porridge time instead, just the mental fuel I need to keep me going today, I really want to get into some graphics today, I did start in keynote but got side tracked looking for a vlog that I know I have shot, I just need to find it.

Wanna know the power of blogging? Well after writing about giftoff post yesterday — GIFTOFF.COM now is accepting ALT COINS again for GIFT CARD purchases, no more massive bitcoin charges, you will need to use wallet like electrum for payment however — I had some lovely comments and people deemed it worthy enough of an upvote so thank you.

I think the core of a tutorial is to really step through something yourself to see what it ‘feels’ like — the $20 dash transaction was flawless I did and the fee was peanuts and it was the same speed as if it was a bitcoin transaction but without the massive fees, feel like this stuff is finally coming of age! :)

i also mentioned the giftoff account on twitter and pointed them to my post and they got back to me and thanked me for it, later they posted a tweet pointing to my steemit blog post and as you can see it bought in a bunch of new followers on twitter, only eleven but it’s a probably relevant people who are into crypto, so you can potentially expect them to talk to their friends about it and maybe they will discover steemit because of it! :)

today is upgrade day

Heading into town like I mentioned above to pick up part of the upgrades for the green screen studio, I’ve already removed the old green sheet, it’s still going to get used in the van, I’m going to make some green boards that can be flexible and put them down the back of a section of the van so we have a twin area for recording, this should be great for gaming later on.

I’m gonna take the rest of the morning to get back into these graphics, it’s for a post but also I’m pulling together all the sizes for instagram and twitter as well so people can use the templates as a base and build them up from there, it’s gonna take a little while so I need to concentrate on them in a few hour chunks to really get them right.

Ok, sweet, that’s me for the moment, I’ll be back with hopefully another vlog video today as well if I can find it, I’ve put together about six in draft format and I’m excited to start making the templates for all the accounts today as well, once I’ve got that format locked down we will be rocking ;)

crypto prices today in a slump

so bitcoin is down to $10k but SBD is still holding strong at $6+ which is super weird to see for me, i would have expected it to drop down to at least $3 or match the steem at $4 -- that's completely new to see for me that they don't crash when bitcoin takes a dip, does this mean that our steem is getting stronger as a cryptocurrency? :)

dash is really down as well from where it was, it's a perfect time to load up on that, i feel that will go back up at some point same for litecoin too -- i'm just gonna continue to sit on my EOS and XRP and let them do their own thing for the next year at the very least, yeah not a lot of curation or checking on the crypto today, blog time! :)
