This is Rocky, one of my older hens. Last year, she decided to get broody 3 times!! First time, she ended up with 18 chicks, second time 15, and third time 8.
I think she had it with babies. This year- no signs of broodyness.

          You are welcome. I was worried about her because sitting on eggs is hard for them. They barely eat or drink during the 3 weeks on the nest and after that, they care for the babies for 6 weeks. I made sure to bring her many treats...
