Fudgee loves a nice belly rub. He will generally roll over on his back for a nice tummy scratch from me. I think he likes it because it feels good. He even fall asleep while I rub his tummy.
Generally, dogs trust you when they roll over on their back and offer you their belly. It's a sign of submission.
