Cheese Wheel Pasta and Dim Sum = Happy Tummy

in dailyfoodphotography •  7 years ago

I have been running errands like crazy this month because of house renovation and moving house. I barely have enough times to rest, have back pain due to lifting a lot of things, quite restless and missed a lot of meals to be exact. Sometimes I eat brunch due to waking up late. Having said that, I haven't moved house yet, I need everything to be quick now, I can't take it anymore.

On Saturday after waking up late, I went for a brunch and decided to have a Dim Sum before the cleaner came to my house and started cleaning.

I tried few Dim Sum before but I kinda like it here as it is better than some nice restaurant.

To my surprise, the retail operator here offered a Cheese Wheel Pasta. this is the first time I saw with my own eyes and can't wait to taste the cheesy cheese. They are not a lot of restaurants offered Cheese Wheel Pasta. If I am not mistaken, the cheese wheel can cost around USD800-USD2000 depend on the cheese.

Yummy cheese wheel pasta. Who can resist that? Credit to Giphy

Whenever the TV showed a Cheese Wheel, Chrissy Teigen always came to my mind. That is because her husband bought her Cheese Wheel as a Chrismas gift and she went to heaven with it calling it was a 'lifetime dream'.

So back to my brunch. They had it offer and I had to order one and I went to heaven with Chrissy ^_~. It was the best carbonara I ever had. I guess it is true what people say:

The secret ingredient is always the cheese

You gorgeous cheese

All mine

As I told you, this is brunch so that is not enough for me LOL. I never forget my original plan to have a Dim Sum.

Chicken Siew Mai

Radish cake

and my favorite

Szechuan's Dumpling. Even my Chef's friend said it is nice!

And.....

The time to feast is over, back to reality...
