Hello All...Here is my lunch roll with bacon wrapped Viennas and salad -

 Consists of long rolls 

One half has a layer of cheese, but top half only buttered

They were toasted in the oven

Taken out of oven and top half spread with jalapeno and garlic low fat cream cheese dip.

The Vienna sausages were wrapped in thin slivers of bacon and grilled till browned / You can also place them in a hot oven ..just takes longer.

The lettuce and cucumber were put on the one half, as you can see in the photo.

The cucumber was sliced along it's  length to achieve the ribbon effect.
