Roast Duck, Roast Chicken and Watercress pork ribs soup

I am submitting these dishes for the dailyfoodphotography contest.
A very fulfilling delicious dinner for the family. We had roast chicken and roast duck accompanied with double boiled watercress and pork ribs soup.

The roast duck skin was very crispy and the meat was soft and tender. Both the duck and chicken were well marinated and very tasty.

The soup was sweet and delicious as the sweetness came from the pork ribs that were used for boiling with the watercress. The chef added dried octopus, red dates and goji berries. The dried octopus will add extra sweet flavour to the soup, the red dates not only add to the sweetness but they help to produce res blood cell and good for circulation. The goji berries are good for our eyes and have been known to improve our eye sight.

If you all ever have the opportunity to drink the watercress boiled with dried octopus, red dates and goji berries, i am sure you all will love and enjoy this soup.
