Vietnamese Banana Tapioca Cake with Coconut Cream

This is really delicious! It's not to sweet, all the sweetness seems to come from the bananas and the coconut cream.
If you see it you need to try it! The first time I saw it was at the local market in Phu Quoc, it cost 5,000 vnd - less than $0.25.

Thanks for asking! I found the recipe, but I really don't think the one I had had any sugar, it seemed like it was made with dehydrated bananas-probably sun dried- quite common in the south of Vietnam. Also I did not try it with the mung bean paste, but it's all here.

Also the names are:
Bánh Chuối Hấp - Steamed Banana Cake
Nước Cốt Dừa - Coconut Sauce
