Its Thursday yahooo...its my off !!!!!time to relax and cook what i want and for today i gonna cook a special menu for my self hahaha 6days of working is finish.Its time to pumper my self but of course we need to be conscious what we eat thats why i cook a healthy chicken garlic wings its contains protein and of course garlic is also healthy for our body (take note Use iol with low cholesterol level)
