Good day everyone! This our viand for this dinner, my mom cook this dish because my little brother asking her lately that he wanted to eat a vegetables food for our dinner. Since we are also a vegetarian so we agreed to have it as our viand for dinner.
This kind of dish is an American Chinese mixed recipe but partly Filipino cuisine has adopted also this kind of dish and making different kinds of unique style of concept for Chopsuey.
