夹丝豆腐，乐山一道名小吃。前不久《舌尖上的中国》第三季有介绍到，将豆腐块中间切开，往里装入切细的萝卜丝和炒花生，再用木签串制而成，配以调料，尝起来酸甜带一点辣味。
