Eating your way to weightloss

On 21/03/2017 I weighed in at 108kg's. Although I carried it well at about 190cm I decided a change was in order.

Due to my wife's research the decision was to experiment with the High Fat Low Carb approach. This has entailed a disciplined regime of NO grains, rice, pasta, bread etc etc. No processed foods also eliminates the sugar content. Just think RAW.

In my coffee I now replace milky lattes with a dash of cream. In the early days fruits were minimised but once target weight reached these can be increased.

To cut a long story short, today on 19/02/2018 I now weigh in at 83kg's. It has required discipline but once in the routine it has been quite easy. The recipes available for raw slices and cakes for the treat aspect are quite easily available now.

The pic below is what I call basic bacon and eggs with a difference:

  1. Fry the bacon until really crispy
  2. Grate some Cheddar on top
  3. Add some spinach until it wilts
  4. Fry one or two eggs on top
  5. Flip if desired

I definitely know, it is very hard to cut out all the yummy stuff from our diet. So don't forget about a yolo day or accidents happen hahahha

No 2017 was my year, I lost 25kg (i think you skim read it)

no i didnt lol you can make a bigger improvement in 2018, maybe bulk up and get muscles even hahahah

I need to lose some weight. Maybe I should try and see if there is any minimum lost after a month or so...do you think it will help??
