#DailyFoodPhotography: Filipino Pork Adobo (Dry/Sauceless)

in dailyfoodphotography •  7 years ago

This is one of Filipino pork adobo version here in the Philippines. Some adobo have their sauce but this one don't have a sauce at all. It is dry but sure the pork is delicious.

Liempo (Pork Belly) would be the best cut of pork to use here since it has a perfect balance of meat and fat content.

Dry adobo is best served with fried rice.

Photo is mine.
