Juice shot like a water gun!

Unlike the frozen type, this is made of fresh raw beef. At the time right before serving, it was a fresh and soft type of beef ball that took around 10 minutes cooking in the hotpot. You will love it at the first bite because of the beef juice that squeezed out inside your month.

I remember a movie that feature this kind of fresh beef ball in a scene. The juice was shot like a water gun! Although that effect was greatly exaggerated, fresh beef ball had become a popular food item for hotpot since then.

If you got a chance to try, please beware of the hot juice inside. The best time is about 5 minutes after it is taken out from the hotpot. If you like, add some chilli and oil will make it even more tasty.

Hope you enjoy :)

Thank you for visiting my blog. That juicy beef ball is quite difficult to make at home. It is usually served with hotpot in restaurant. I love to take photo of delicious food as a good memory stored in steemit. Hope to see you again soon :)
