4th Day, Writing i think i am getting used to it. Keep it up to myself
3 Amazing things that happened today
Almost hit 10k steps, so far so good, need to keep it up on this
Manage to do intermittent fasting today, need to do more fasting
Start a journey on patching up with family member, just need to make sure to resolve issues and not hold back.
How could i have made it better
Could have woken up earlier to jump up to walk, but just appreciate that i'm just maintaining the habit
Could spend more time to do some work at mum's place instead of lazing around
Need to be more mindful on the food selection or could end up pigging out too much food.
My thoughts:
Every day doesn't matter if its weekend or weekdays, we need to just be consistent and make sure we do our daily things.
Need to move forward to do better planning and plan road map work, I think i work better with a more detail road map planned out then i can just follow the plan to move forward on it.
Going to make sure i pick up detail road map and planning ahead this week.
