Hello Steemians,
Today was an Amazing show-off between Several species of birds. They were having a major sent-off today and it was beautiful. I wish all of you could have been here today. Maybe one day it will happen. So I got home and played with my cat "Monster" a little while and then I grabbed my camera and walked around into my backyard and there they were.
All of them just sitting around singing and flying around all the trees and electrical wiring. It was truly amazing. Now the Shirke was still being his usual self, chasing all the other birds around except for the mockingbird. The Mockingbird is a great flyer and can be a very intense hunter when need be.
So when the shrike got near the mockingbird, he just stood and stared at him but never made a move towards him... LoL!!! So the shrike just left the mocking bird be.
