Luci laying on cat tube and other cat blocking behavior

That dog really wants to be a cat sometimes, or maybe just wants to join in on the fun. I see her laying around in areas that the cats like to play in. Making it not possible to play with out interacting with the dog. I think this is because sometimes the cats play together and she gets jealous. So she wants to get closer to them by being where their toys are.

If the cats get too playful she will come over and just stand there, chilling their fun and causing them usually to stop playing. I guess she just wants to join in on the fun, but shes too big to play with them all that well. So Walter will just wait till she calms down and then cuddle with her a little and rub up against her.

Luci will sprawl across the toys of the cats, or places where catnip is placed. In this case, shes laying on the cat tube, stopping any cats from playing in it. Other times when catnip is placed out she will lick it up right away before the cats can get to it. It does not seem to affect her but she always wants to eat it.

I think she knows what shes doing, though I dont expect her to stop. Shes just being a dog.
