Day 8 of the @normalguy's Daily Question Challenge
Today's question would be Will you quit your job for Steemit?
The nature of Steemit having the ability for the authors to earn money was really a game changer. Imagine making a post and earning money, writing some comments in someones post and earn money, even upvoting someones post will also reward you.
A really good opportunity to earn money if you have any job, everyone was welcome to join and don't need to be a degree holder.
We can also see posts that was getting really high rewards in the trending section that really make us think that maybe we can live just just by steeming.
But imagining we have a stable job and we are earning money that can support our daily needs, will we consider quitting our job and dive in the Steemit Community more ?
In my opinion I will not consider quitting my job and became a full time Steemer. I will not consider being a full time author and wait for the pay out of my post in the house. I would never consider it
Earning with just making some posts in the Steem blockchain was indeed great, it opens many opportunities that normal people can do. I mean Steemit doesn't require you to have a degree, all you need to do is write something that others will love and Viola ! ! ! money will come to you. Like A Boss
But for me making contents in the Steem blockchain was only a hobby, was only a past time. I don't intend to make a living by writing some posts about myself.
I don't want to offend someone, but this is just my opinion. Depending on Steemit was quite risky as the price of Steem and Steem Dollar wasn't stable. It might go very low, it might go very high no one can tell.
We can't also remove the thinking that Steem and Steem Dollars might lose its value in the future. I mean Steem or Steem Dollar price MIGHT go less than a penny and it was really scary.
Also I have dreams that I want to achieve. I want to become a really successful computer programmer in the future, making applications and systems really was my passion and I want to pursue this carrer. I also want to meet persons personally and make interactions with them personally.
But I think I will not consider quitting my job for the matter
I think I will still go to work,
make my adventures and publish it in the Steem community
This would be better for me rather than staying at my house making post
