I actually started to use positive affirmations. I am recording my own ones in my little home studio, so I've heard that listening to your own voice makes it even more effective. And I feel more optimistic regarding my goals in life. At least, I am happy, and that is the sole purpose of it all. Human brain is a astonishing thing, it makes us who we are. If we believe we are a failure, we sure would be one. Keep up the good work, and always believe in yourself.

It really does help for now. I recorded the affirmations and lowered the volume so that my conciousness couldn't pick it up. It's the subconcious mind that needs to pick up that information. So as I said, I lowered the volume and put a classical composition over it. I listen to it whenever I can, even when I'm sleeping. :) I will probably write about it when I get inspiration.

I appreciate the offer but for now the SteemMasters project is on hold due to lack of time! It wasn't until recently (when Steem & SBD went up) that I have started to re-claim my life and not have to work all the time for other people.
