ⒶⒷⓇⒶⒽⒶⓂ - relationships I don't want clarify those I do want

There's an aspect of transmutation to this, as it takes a slight tweak of the mind and energies to transform no to yes! I agree with this a lot tho... My past romantic relationships I found out time and time again the things I don't want, the things I would no longer allow, and before I got married, I sat down with myself for a while and created a list of the things I do want, that true was based quite a bit in my past difficulties with others. It was really helpful, but I think without that extra step of considering what we want to say YES to, instead of no, we could continue to manifest the things we don't want, instead of the things that our hearts and minds desire, the things that bring us Joy.
I have been very fortunate to have found an inner work that has brought such fruition as what I've found in this union. So very grateful. 😊 🙏💯

That list you made of things you DID want was the crucial bit.

After a very long list of terrible relationships which left me in tatters, I recall doing something similar, visualising the person I wanted during my sungazing sessions in the morning when the energy in the air is most powerful. The match I received was incredibly accurate and the way in which we came together (on a bus ride from Chaing Mai to Pai) random enough for me to believe it to be a Universal response.

And when I look at my two beautiful kids today, brimming with energy & light.... well, gratitude is indeed the best word to describe the feeling.

Always lovely to hear about your journey. Thank you 🙏🏻
