In life’s journey to oneself, we have to be many people. The journey of growth is never an easy one, and its one of the things that is painful to do. It is true that human nature craves safety and comfort. But growth says NO. “You have to stretch yourself thin and shun complacency”. “You have to go ahead despite the pounding of the heart”. This is because great changes never come from comfort zones. It takes steps of conscious effort of forces working together.
