Dal lake: The beauty of kashmir surrounded by mountains.

There are many lakes in kashmir which are very famous but the dal-lake has its epitome of beauty which is surrounded by mountains.

As we know that kashmir is famous for it's tourist places, today we have choose one of them that is Dal lake. It's the place which I like most among all, Not only favorite but it is the place that I often visit. It's beauty attracts to me so much because one of the striking attractions of Dal Lake is the Floating Gardens. The gardens looks so beautiful and charming during the months of July and August when the flowers bloom in them. These gardens namely as Nishat bagh, Shalimar bagh and botanical garden. These are also the famous tourist places in kashmir.

The people which are near by to Dal lake earn the lot of money and their livelihood becomes very comfortable by doing the business of fishes which they are catching in this lake, when the fishing is done then those fishes are sold by women called "gadewajan" in Kashmiri language.

These boats are made by people for the purpose of riding which is done by touristers and then pay the money. The touristers visit Dal lake from many countries, the visitor's don't need to bring their lunch from home. They use the hotel for their lunch which is near this lake namely as "Taj Hotel" one of the famous hotel in kashmir known for it's kashmiri wazwan.

The houseboats and riding boats are made up-of deodar wood which is famous as well as very costly wood in the world. The talk which will make you surprise is that the people which are living nearby this can guess the depth of some place in Dal lake, also have more knowledge in anything about Dal lake.
The mountains which are near to this Dal Lake are afforestrated by deodar trees, because the demand of deodar wood is very high.

There is an island which is famous for four chinar trees known as "char chinar" these chinar trees gives comfort shelter in the season of summer thus their leaves protects us from sun-light.

I am staying here in this island which is covered by wood.
