Dallas Oregon Police Chase - April 10 2018

On April 10, 2018 at about 11:43 p.m., Dallas Police attempted to stop a silver Chrysler Sebring on Northwest Hillcrest Drive. The vehicle came to a stop and a passenger stepped out. The car took off at a high rate of speed. The pursuit went through the City of Dallas and continued on Orrs Corner Road, where a Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy set up spike strips. The vehicle ran over the spikes and shortly afterwards crashed near Bowersville Road. A male driver fled on foot before being detained. When the vehicle crashed, a female passenger was also detained. After the male and female had been lodged in Polk County Jail, Dallas Police went back to the area of Lyle Elementary School and found a loaded .22 Revolver that officers believe was tossed out of the vehicle. Suspects, Luis David Meza Gonzalez and Anna Marie Lacy (Simpson) were lodged, pending the District Attorney’s Office review of this case:

Failure to Appear – Bench Warrant

Arrested: (Simpson) Lacy, Anna Marie, 36 years old
Stayton, Oregon

Charges: Probation Violation – Warrant
