On November 22 last year, Shakib Khan sent a divorce notice to Apu through his lawyer Sheikh Sirajul Islam. At the same time, he sent the divorce petition of DCCC Mayor's office on behalf of Shakib Khan, the residence of Niketan of Apu Biswas in Dhaka and Bogra's address.
Prior to this, on April 18, 2008, the popular pair of Bangladeshi film Shakib Khan and Apu Biswas married secretly. On 27 September 2016, their son, Abram Khan Joy, was born. Shakib-Apu both kept the child's birth concealed.
On April 10 last year, on a TV channel direct event, Apu Biswas released the news of marriage and child. At that time, a six-month-old son, Abram, was with him.
After the news of this marriage came to public, the relationship between two people was created. The situation reached the condition that Shakib Khan and Apu Biswas had stopped showing their face. Not only did the couple have been seen for a while due to son Abrah but the two did not speak.
Meanwhile, Shakib Khan's sentencing Apu Biswas was scheduled to be pronounced on Thursday for the purpose of divorce for 90 days, but it did not happen.
Hemayet Hossain, Executive Officer of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Zone-3, said, "The third and final hearing of Shakib-Apu will be held on March 12. On the day of the divorce, everything will be final. '
On January 12, the DNCC organized the first arbitration meeting.
Hemayet Hossain said, Apu Biswas got this letter on December 12. DNCC organized the first arbitration meeting on January 12 after receiving the letter of divorce notice. While Apu was present in the first meeting, Shakib could not stay in the hurry while shooting. Shakib and Apu were not present in the second meeting on February 12. At that time Shakib was shooting in Australia. However, Apu did not attend the meeting.
