DAMMIT - Black Magic version 1.1
Thought I would give it a go. I run an amateur music group in Dorset in the UK. Based around meetup DAMM has just under 400 members and so far have managed to get four bands up and running. Most of us are getting on a bit - getting back into it after the children have moved on I guess.
We have done one gig for friends and family but need to get start playing in front of real people to give us some focus. We will be trying to set up a one day festival some time next summer in Poole or Bournemouth to give members an opportunity to play in public.
I thought I would try out steemit and see if it would help with giving us some publicity plus maybe raise a little dosh to help cover some of the costs.
I will start posting a few links to stuff that we have recorded and see how it goes.
