NOTE: The language.
He doesn't refer to a political opponent but an "enemy". Anyone who opposes the left is their enemy!
"Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules" The left has no rules only the goal of winning "no matter the cost". They will resort to violence, torture and murder to achieve their aims!
Ridicule - Political correctness is constant ridicule of White, Christian, Males and Capitalism. The ridicule of anything else is not PC.
"A good tactic is one your people enjoy" - You are fighting people who enjoy ridiculing, threatening and violence. This is what you are up against!

When you pull apart these "Rules for Radicals" and war game how you would implement them it reveals a deeply disturbing trend in media, movies, TV shows, news, pop culture and everywhere you care to look. If political correctness is there then the rules are there being followed by the people in charge of whatever you are witnessing, either by consent or coercion.
