The Lost Symbol on PeacockTV - Is it worth watching? I have my doubts!

Yesterday, I published an article in the IP Address Guide dealing with how and where to stream The Lost Symbol online. I believe there are hundreds of thousands of people who love the movies based on the Dan Brown books about Robert Langdon, and originally, The Lost Symbol was supposed to become a movie starring Tom Hanks in the role of the professor. But, somehow they ended up producing Inferno instead, and I guess that might have been a wise decision. However, that was also a quite boring movie, and it was widely different from the story of the book. And even worse... the last two books have been by far the most boring Robert Langdon books so far. And if Inferno was quite boring, then The Lost Symbol was terrible. And I am not alone carrying such feelings. I have spoken to other family members who read The Lost Symbol as well, and they all agreed with me.

And that leads us to the question - why did they even make a TV series of this? Something that is based on a boring story will most likely turn into something boring, and the Rotten Tomatoes and the IMDb ratings so far are clearly reflecting that. When a TV series has a 53% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, that is actually really bad.

I haven't streamed The Lost Symbol yet myself, but there are so many other TV series I'd rather stream. Don't misunderstand me. I am a big fan of Robert Langdon, and I have seen The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons 4-5 times each. I love them! But, there is something about both Inferno and even more so about The Lost Symbol that just makes them feel boring and uninspired compared to Angels and Demons and The Da Vinci Code.

No matter what, if you want to stream The Lost Symbol on PeacockTV, follow the instructions in the article referred to at the start of this article.

Have you seen The Lost Symbol? How did you like it? I would love to hear your thoughts!
