SOARING WINGS by the Shanghai Dance Theatre at Lincoln Center. This new dance drama is about Crested Ibis, "the bird of good fortune" once close to extinction and now protected in Asia. The choreography was absolutely exquisite - there were bewitching moments where I thought I actually saw a flock of delicate birds before me.
