Ein Local Matador der Electronischen Tanzmusik, genauer gesagt einer der bekanntesten Komponisten der Techno Scene. Paul Kalkbrenner sollte jedem Musik Fan ein begriff sein, wenn nicht freue ich mich ihn hier einmal ein bisschen vorstellen zu können. In Leipzig geboren aber in Berlin aufgewachsen, Bruder des ebenfalls im Musikgeschäft tätigem Fritz Kalkbrenner mit dem er auch einen großartigen Track produziert hat.

Doch er hat nicht nur Musik gemacht, auch an einem Film hat er mitgewirkt. Berlin Calling ein Film über ihn in dem er die Hauptrolle spielt und die Musik des gleichnamingen Album dazu komponiert hat.

Paul Kalkbrenner should be a concept to every music fan, if not I'm happy to introduce him here a bit. Born in Leipzig but raised in Berlin, brother of the also active in the music business Fritz Kalkbrenner with whom he has also produced a great track.

Agree with you wrt Paul Kalkbrenner and an artists all who loves electronic dance music should know about. I really liked his film Berlin Calling you also mentioned, and listen to the soundtrack quite regularly.
