To my biggest love

We all have a way to let off steam, something that inspires us and allows us to move forward despite everything we do not allows to keep walking in the search of what we love, in my case I have two of them: write and dance and I will combine both for writing this post
I was never one of those normal girls who loved to play dolls, put on makeup and put on their mom's heels, I was more like a nothing, I did not like anything, when I was a child my mom told me that I need to do something, whatever the only point was to make productive those after school hours, and to be honest I did not like it at all. The most viable option was to send me to ballet classes, a classic that is even cliché. I trained 4 hours a week, a calvary until my mother understood that I hate that. The hours, days and weeks pass while I was away from my classes I was looking for some way to continue dancing, if I had hated it so much, why did I feel the necessity to move my feet?
Next destination: jazz. I was excited, in love, I had finally found something to love. From that moment they followed the Hip Hop, folklore.

I'm going to start with a simple question: Why do people dance?

It's a fairly common question I heard all my life, coming from my relatives, acquaintances and even strangers after the presentations. If you're reading this, maybe you are here because you want to write about something you like, your passions and share with the entire world this, is the same when we dance. It doesn't matter if you are good or bad, the onli matter is if you be happy with that. Dance is what has given me the most special moments in my life, it has allowed me to meet invaluable people, it is a form of expression and of clearing the mind, a very hard discipline, of great dedication but that in the end will provide to you a infinite satisfaction, when they tell me that I do it well I am happy, I feel freer and more comfortable.
The best thing to happen to us is to finish exhausted after a dance class, that means we've reached our point of effort and that for me that's everything. The limitations depend on each one, we can all think that it is our limit, that we cannot make efforts or improve more and that's a lie: you indicate the limits.

Far from being a single field for the soul, it is something that supports our culture. I come from a Mexico that has lost its roots, that forgets its past and is carried away by the current fashions though they go against our traditions. Mexican folklore is something important, that transmits in a set of music, costumes and dancers what our culture means. Poetry for the Mexican body.
I'm happy for what I do, I express myself through dance.

I love it ... And you, do you like to dance? why?
