boogie kids

Many years ago, when my kids were very young, they started to dance. There was no music playing. They just had to dance.
When I started to record them dancing they loved it and danced even more.
It took me awhile to 'hear' the music they were dancing to but eventually I found it and spliced that music into their dance routine.

This video gives me a massive smile every time I watch it.
On the days I feel low, I find myself watching this again and I soon forget why I was feeling low.
Hopefully this will spread a smile to you also.
