As I was taking a nightly walk I noticed three large breaks in the concrete foundations outside my neighborhood school in the city of Alhambra in Los Angeles I’ve called the police to report this is a crime and immediately put me on hold I tried reporting damage to the city today including threats to my life and other residents like my neighbor and it was completely ignored
