Today I had shoulders workout , the sixth one from my workout challenge and it went quite well. Also I feel how my back worked after yesterday's training as I had muscle soreness like I never had till now. I guess because I changed a little bit exercises and because I get stronger day by day and I'm able to put more weight on barbell. I see progress at every training compared to week before.
What exercises I did :
Seated Barbell Military Press : 4 sets of 8 reps

What I ate :
Smootie : 1 banana, 1 teaspoon of spirulina, 1 teaspoon of green barley
Oatmeal with kefir - missing photo :(
Smootie : 1 banana, bunch of grapes, 1 kiwi
Salad : read beans, quinoa, millet, corn, cheese, vegetables and chicken breast
Juice : 3 carrots, 1 piece of ginger, 1 piece of celery, 2 apples
Low fat cheese, pomegranate, walnats

Spirulina : 1 teaspoon in the first meal

This is how my day ended, overall was a pretty good day.
I can't believe that tomorrow I have the latest workout from week 6 and I'm officially at half of my challenge. I have to recognize that I'm quite satisfied how I evolved as I managed till now to maintain almost the same kilos but I drastically reduced my meat meals, sugars, unwanted fats and other junk food which I used to consume before. I transformed a lot of fat in muscle just with these changes.
Tomorrow I will come with my arms/abs workout then Sunday with my weekly report. I'm quite curious how the results will look because I have to say that I didn't put my ass on scale or measured any part of my body. I got used to keep it surprise for every Sunday :)
I appreciate you reading my post, it means a lot as I do all this stuff alone and when I see your support guys it drives me energy and desire to continue my journey day by day without thinking at the sacrifice, pains and other things which come with.
Maybe from outside looks easy to do but because I don't complain in every post about consequences doesn't means that I don't work hard and make sacrifices every day.
