What is Prospectors.io?
Prospectors.io is the first MMORTES on EOS blockchain. All game activity happens within the project’s smart contract, and all the assets, owned by a player, are secured to him in the blockchain. The players interact within the game. Every user receives the right to control three characters (workers) who will act on his behalf. The players can team up in unions and commercial organizations for communication and more efficient work. The game currency, Prospectors gold, is the basis for economic relations among players.
Prospectors world is grounded in the real economic model and functions due to the free market laws. Players have access to resources, land, and tools. They pay taxes to the State for land use and commercial activity. These payments fuel the development of Prospectors game world.
Here are some first important things that I figured when start the game:
In order to rent land, you need 54k gold = 54 pgl. Also you need to have a worker at the land you want to rent. Before moving, make sure no other worker is moving to that plot.(You can check it after double click on the plot and check the worker hut.)
When you move, you can't cancel and it take while a time(least 10 min) so be sure before confirm any action.
You can mine any resource except gold by hand.
You can work for money. You can do job require tool if you have them.
If you rent the land, you can mine resource on it maximum 300min. If not rent, you can mine 30min.
Mine with tools: Stone 1min 1kg
clay 2.5 min 1kg
wood 1 min 1kgIf you transfer your tool / item in the land you not owned and if that land rented by someone, you'll lose them. If it is not rented, someone can take it from that land storage.
