Masternodes in a Nutshell (german & english)

I'm more than 70 hours per week in the DAPS chats on Telegram, so I know the FAQ's of the community in the last 7 months. Questions about Masternodes are probably the most frequently asked. I can't give answers about masternode protits at DAPS yet, cause they depend on many factors, which are not determined (waiting for main-net in Q2).

But I can explain to you how Masternodes work in general, cause this question came (some don't like to admit that they don't know it) frequently in our chats.

A virtual server (VPS) at Vultr costs about $3.50 per month.

Blockchains always have nodes. When exchanging coins, they are usually moved through several nodes. The nodes are like airports, which means, that the coins went through this nodes (within the blockchain).

Masternodes give rewards. To get the rewards your work is as follows:

• get a working internet connection
• blocking of coins so that they're no longer tradable

Masternode enable immediate dispatch in seconds.

Setup:

The coins should be on your desktop wallet.

The wallet of the virtual server is empty.

A transaction ID/Masternode Genkey Route forwards your rewards to your personal address.

Desktop & personal wallet can remain off, the VPS stays on.

Your Founds are safu.

There is only one empty wallet on the VPS.

With a few changes to the configuration text file (inside the wallet communicating with the VPS) it tells the network that it is a working wallet. The hosting service does NOT need to hold your coins to host a full node.

It only needs a Txid & Genkey, just like using a VPS.

Common services are GIN or Snode (also supporting DAPS).

Your nodes, your coins, your funds, your money.

Fragen zu Masternodes tauchen wahrscheinlich am Häufigsten auf. Antworten zu Masternode Profits bei DAPS kann ich keine geben, denn diese sind von vielen Faktoren abhängig.

Wie Masternodes allgemein funktionieren, kann ich euch allerdings erklären, denn auch diese Frage kam (manche geben es ungerne zu, dass sie etwas nicht wissen) häufig in den Chats.

Blockchains haben immer Nodes. Beim Tausch von Coins werden diese normalerweise über mehrere Nodes bewegt. Die Nodes sind wie Flughäfen, also Knotenpunkte auf einer Struktur (hier die Blockchain).

Masternodes geben Rewards. Um die Rewards zu erhalten ist deine Arbeit folgende:

• eine funktionierende Internetverbindung zu erhalten
• das Sperren von Coins, sodass sie nicht mehr handelbar sind

Masternodes ermöglichen den sofortigen Versand in sekundenschnelle.

Einrichtung:

Die Coins sollten sich auf deiner Desktop-Wallet befinden.

Die Wallet des virtuellen Servers ist leer.

Eine Transaktions-ID/Masternode Genkey Route leitet deine Rewards an deine persönliche Adresse weiter.

Desktop & persönliche Wallet können ausgeschaltet bleiben, der VPS bleibt an.

Deine Founds sind safu.

Auf dem VPS befindet sich nur eine leere Wallet.

Mit ein paar Änderungen an der Konfigurationstextdatei (innerhalb der Wallet, die mit dem VPS kommuniziert) teilt diese dem Netzwerk mit, dass sie eine funktionierende Wallet ist. Der Hosting-Dienst muss deine Coins nicht halten, um eine vollständige Node zu hosten.

Er braucht nur einen Txid & Genkey, genau wie die Verwendung eines VPS.

Gängige Dienste sind GIN oder Snode.
