I was watching American Dad, season 14, episode 12 called "Bazooka Steve. And I noticed Darna! Look at the poster behind Steve.
I was like.. is that Wonder Woman? Nooo. Wonder Woman does not have a winged helmet or golden stars on the chest. IT'S DARNA!
If you did not know, Darna is a fictional comic book superhero from the Philippines. She was created by Mars Ravelo and Nestor Redondo and first appeared Pilipino Komiks in the 1950s.
My wife @yurisincero who is filipina told me about Darna. And since I am a comic book fan, I was interested.
I love how they made her Brown in the poster. Darna is usually depicted as very fair skinned.
