Presenting the Dash 101 Video Series

Our video series Dash 101, which explains the nuts and bolts of Dash in an easily understandable way, will officially launch on Dash's YouTube channel next week. Members of our meetup group Private Key had the opportunity to preview its English and German version last week in Berlin.

It was our biggest meetup so far, with around 150 registered attendees. Most of them really showed up, as you can see on these pictures by Anastasya Stolyarov. She is not only a great photographer, but also the editor of our series and the director of the Russian version.

Dash Force allowed us to give away 0.01 Dash to every participant. Jan Heinrich Meyer and his team from the German Dash Embassy helped to set up wallets and receive the money. It could be used to buy drinks and snacks at our regular venue, the Oak & Ice. This time we used both the ground floor and the basement of this lovely café run by Kinga and Stahu from Poland in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg.

We used Oak & Ice's basement, which normally hosts our meetups, as a cinema. There we screened all eight episodes of Dash 101, first in English, then in German. The Spanish and Russian versions are still in the making. The audience obviously liked it, we received lots of positive comments.

The hosts of both versions were present at the event, and we used the fact that they have many talents to enrich it. First Rachel Bassini from New York sang some of her songs, based on recordings she just made in Rosario, Argentina. Then Karoline Lehner from Berlin recited some of her poems. She usually presents them on Steemit as @nacktepoesie.
