As I am sure most of you have also noticed, DASH has fallen by nearly 50% in the last week. Is this the end of DASH's run? Is this just the effect of the bubble popping?

Any thoughts welcome in the comment section!

Lol. I love how people in crypto declare everything dead whenever there is a sharp price correction.

Did not declare it dead in my post content, just did so in the title to provoke people ;)

self repeating ponzi scheme available every month :)

Is this an attempt to bring it down a little more to be able to buy more? haha, just messing with you. I'm happy about it, it means I can purchase more and when people realize what Ripple is you'll see them running right back to Dash. The lower it goes the further it will rise when the time comes. If only Poloniex wasn't messing up during this sensitive time...

haha you caught me. But yeah seems like a good time to buy. I was just mostly curious to see what people's reactions were to the drop in price. If they thought it would drop much further, if there was an underlying reason for the drop, etc.

I wouldn't have much interest in dash I think PIVX will over take it in a year or so

Why do you think this?

I'm not great with crypto's, only been really into in for a couple of months and have a lot to learn, so by all means I could be very wrong but I've just read alot of great things about it, I've never read anything bad and really it's more of a gut feeling.

Tried buying some PIVX and found it to be difficult, I also don't understand how safe consensus is achieved without mining. PIVX and Dash are very different, PIVX doesn't have a limited supply which we have seen negative consequences to in the past like with fiat. What I have seen from PIVX lately is good marketing, they've managed to jump on Dash's recent popularity. Before that I had never heard of PIVX and doubt will hear again, but wish them luck if they are truly creating a useful product.

I have a gut feeling too!

Dash has market cap, a two year head start on PivX on merchant solutions, has shown reliable, steady, if somewhat volatile growth over its history and is easy to send and trade. When and how exactly do you see PivX overtaking Dash?
