5 Dates(should be fresh, don’t use old stuff)
One glass of Milk
One tablespoon Raisin Grapes
How to make
Cut dates and raisin grapes into small parts and keep. Put a glass of milk into a clean saucepan and heat it until boiling. Add dates and plums and keep the pan closed for about 1-2mins. Then mix it well by a spoon. Now you have the Magical drink you have never drunk.
How to use
You must prepare this drink before you go to sleep at night. About 15 – 20min before you go to bed, drink this juice. Please make sure NOT TO DRINK anything else until the morning.
