We recently came across a lending platform called DAVOR, at first glance we thought to ourselves it looks kind of like bit-connect which was a different lending platform that just recently went south, leaving DAVOR as supposedly the top and number one lending platform that are paying even higher returns than what bitconnect was paying its community members. The top questions that people are asking is Davor going to end like bitconnect? let's find out together and please leave your thought below too, we are going to give our thought here, please note we are not financial advisors, do not rely on what we think to make any form of decision, your decision is your own profit or loss, we only speculating in here, nothing is guaranteed, we are not expert. As a precaution never put into anything something you can not afford to lose. Lending platform and crypto currency can be extremely risky, you could lose money and you can make money.
Here is our thought on why we think Davor would not end up like bitconnect, and that Davor is here to stay around, if Davor does not stay or end like bitconnect than Fuck all current lending and future lending that will come up with new ideas, as for us we will be done once and for all with all lending platform.
- Davor claimed that they make their profit through arbitrage What is arbitrage? arbitrage is the simultaneous purchase and sale of an asset to profit from a difference in the price. It is a trade that profits by exploiting the price differences of identical or similar financial instruments on different markets or in different forms. Arbitrage exists as a result of market inefficiencies.
Let's break this down here, so davor claimed that they buy bitcoins very cheap at different exchanges and sell those bitcoins at a higher price to make a profit, based on that we and anyone else would agree this make perfect sense on how davor said they make profits to pay their community members. We believe that davor would stay because they are very open and upfront about how they make their money unlike bitconnect which claimed they had a trading bot and no one and even them can ever prove there was a trading bot, so that raised alot of red flag for bitconnect, and we think that's what brought them down.
Key questions to ask yourself before putting your money into crypto and or any lending platforms are:
if this crash tomorrow, would I be suicidal?
if this crash tomorrow, would I be depressed with sleepless night?
if this crash tomorrow, would it hurt me, or my family?
if this crash tomorrow, would I loose my house?
if this crash tomorrow, would I not be able to feed my family?
If the answer is Yes to any of those question, you should not put your money into crypto or any lending platform, if the answer is no, we assumed you only put something you can afford to loose, and that you are wise, and we wish best of luck, prosperity and best wishes with your portfolio.
We are as team are taking this trip with davor and see where it leads us, feel free to take a ride with us but know and understand the risk, don't hurt your family, don't loose your house, don't get hurt.
