24hr of Daytona - 1-2 for Cadillac DPi & Ford GT !!! Final Results and Race Review

The Historic endurance race in DAYTONA was outstanding until the last lap , in GTLM the gap between 1st and 2nd was just 11 seconds and in GTD the gap between 2nd and 3rd only 21.511 seconds !!!

The Rookie 2 time Champion Fernando Alonso suffered suffered a scary brake failure in his Ligier LMP2 but the team made it to the finish along with Phil Hanson and F3 Champion Lando Norris 90 laps down .

Filipe Albuquerque-Christian Fittipaldi-Joao Barbosa were in a different level winning by over 1 hour gap in their Cadillac DPi by the other Cadillac DPi of Mike Conway-Eric Curran-Felipe Nasr-Stuart Middleton !!! 1-2 FOR DPi !!!
1-2 win for Ganassi Team's Ford GT too , in GTLM Class with Indycar champion Scott Dixon & Ryan Briscoe-Richard Westbrook.

From last to First Lamborghini scored First Ever Rolex 24 WIN with Grasser Racing Team in GTD Class !!!
