$DCAR - 02/13/18 - The Poor Man's IPO

#DCAR did a RS (reverse split) with #WPCS and renamed the company.

This is a "poor man's IPO" that is showing technical indicators to swing.

We had some bullish engulfing yesterday on the daily chart with a MACD crossover.
