I was lucky enough to find a post that our friend @ mervancewalton published, where he invites us to participate in a new challenge, the slogan is to publish a memory or a memory that makes us feel good and was significant in our lives.
This post is the continuation of my story presented in advance, in which I concluded by saying that most of these flours have their version in finished flours, the difference between one and another, is that the finished flour only adds a pinch of salt and water and is ready to knead and cook.
I must admit that working with simple flours (000, 0000 or leavening) is much better, especially if you want to achieve personalized products, a customized product makes the difference with the products made in other bakeries.

These small inclusions can differentiate one product from the other, even the way in which the dough is placed inside the mold, according to the method used will make the sweet bread rise more.

The industrial bakeries, like the big supermarket establishments, very commonly see that they use finished flours. I was lucky enough to be able to work in establishments that used both work processes, I particularly like to work with simple flours, in my commercial management we always stand out for the personalization of our products.

As I said the separation from my parents was very traumatic, I missed everything that I had known before, however when I got used to it, I learned.
