职场上的性别不平等,除了常见于薪酬差距,还有女性首席执行官的低比例。作家Jessica Nordell跟水牛城大学计数机科学系合作,设计出一个模拟职场,通过复制一家企业的十年晋升周期,发现即使只是微小的偏见,也会导致女性极难晋升至领导阶层。
